Terms & Conditions

Payment - All goods must be paid in full before we post your item/s. Payment must be recieved within 72 hours of ordering. If we do not recieve payment the item will be relisted.

Orders - Most orders unless marked - ships immediately - are made for you after your order is placed. If a record cracks during the manufacturing process & we can not replace it we will contact you immediately. This is an extremely rare occurence. We will offer you a refund or you can choose another order. Please allow seven (7) days from the date payment is received for your order to be sent. We welcome all enquiries from our customers either via email or phone. Please feel free to contact us with any product question you have. If you don't ask you'll never know!

Custom Orders - If you cannot find what you are looking for & want a particular band or artist on your wall clock, desk clock or handbag please contact us for a quote. All quotes are valid for seven (7) days. If we feel a record is too thin or rare for any of these products we will let you know as soon as possible. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the date the quote is accepted, for delivery.

Guarantees- Bags a Record offers guarantees on workman/womanship only. All handles, inserts & sewing are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer a guarantee on the records. If you break or crack a record we are more than happy to replace that record for the same or similar record, for a fee plus postage.

Records - As most records are 16 years or older, light to medium surface scratches are to be expected. If a record is heavily scratched we will grade the record in our description.

We DO NOT use rare records for any of our product. 

Postage - All orders are posted on Mondays & Thursdays. We do not charge excess postage on orders.

Overseas buyers, please contact us for a postage quote before completeing checkout.

We use 100% recyclable packaging where possible along with newspaper, record dust covers & cardboard.

Returns - Bags A Record offers a 14 day refund on all products (minus postage) from the date the item is posted. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order so we can help work out a solution for you. All postage returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept broken or damaged products.
